MY STORY

Hi, I’m Cathrine, I am a certified Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner. 

I became a Life Coach because for years I struggled with finding my identity and self-doubt, allowing it to get in the way of living up to my full potential. By changing my mindset and beliefs, I was able to discover my inner greatness and overcome unhealthy habits and patterns that permeated my life. Inspired and motivated by my brighter life, I want to share my learnings and help others.
